4. What is the order processing time and cutoff?
Order processing time is 2–4 business days (Mon - Fri).
The order cut-off time is 4:00 PM Central Time ( Chicago).
5. How long does shipping take?
USA: 5-12 business days (Mon - Fri)
All other countries: 12–20 business days (Mon - Fri)
6. Can I change my delivery address?
We cannot change the delivery address once the order is in transit. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

7. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted before the order is dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
8. What if my parcel is damaged in transit?
If possible, reject the parcel from the courier and contact customer service immediately. If delivered without your presence, contact us for next steps.

Returns & Refunds
10. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

12. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We only exchange items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us to request an exchange.
14. Is there a restocking fee?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees.
15. How are refunds processed?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Fees will apply for any cancellation after placing order. Please remember it can take 7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
